Troubled star Amanda Bynes is at the center of yet another disturbing incident that’s adding to the evidence of her continuing mental instability, and this time it was captured on audio tape, making it the first time one of her wild tirades has been recorded.

According to celebrity gossip site TMZ, last week Bynes launched into a venomous rant describing how she’d like to murder her parents, cut her mother’s wrists and burn their house to the ground. She then goes on to lambaste a personal friend with homophobic insults, screaming at him “you’re so gay it hurts my feelings”. The crazy and disturbing outburst was recorded by one of Bynes’ roommates as they traveled in a car.

According to the site, family members stated that they wanted the audio to be published in the hopes that mental health professionals would perform an intervention and get her the help they claim she desperately needs.
