What up Fam! I’m going to give you my review of the Sensei laser gaming mouse by Steelseries. I’ve been using this mouse for a little over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Before the Sensei I used a Razr mouse that I did enjoy and I feel is the most comfortable mouse I’ve used, but the style and precision of the Sensei is by far my favorite thing about the Sensei. First things first the packaging, I think they did a wonderful job with the packaging making it a book style box. Information on the mouse on one side and clear plastic on the other so you can see the product before you even open it up. Even having pro gamer testimonies on the side to help your decision, if you were on the fence after you picked up the box.
The look of the Sensei is nothing less than modern dapper. With elegant contours, sleek lines, and customizable lighting there are not a lot of competitors that can match the steeze of the Sensei. The mouse is made in an ambidextrous design so left handed players can also enjoy the Sensei! And lets us not forget the LCD screen on the bottom, because who doesn’t want “get gud” on the bottom of their mouse?
It looks sexy, but can it walk the walk? Boasting a 32-bit ARM processor which is as capable as a 75MHz Pentium processor coupled with state of the art laser sensors, I think the easy answer is yes. You are able to change the Dpi on the fly with the touch of a button and the feet of this mouse paired with the my Razr firefly gaming surface the amount of precision you can get out of this mouse is nothing less than competitive level performance. Let me not forget the Steel series engine that allows you to customize just about every setting on the Sensei, and the UI for the engine is easy to get into and play around.
When style meets performance you are left with a sexy and powerful gaming peripheral. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 2 years of using the Sensei mouse produced by Steelseries and will continue until it is unable to perform anymore.
