The former “It girl”, who recently announced she was battling a brain tumor, was discovered on Wednesday afternoon. Scotland Yard confirmed officers were called by paramedics from the London Ambulance Service at 1:40pm (GBT) that the death was being treated as “unexplained” until autopsy results come back.
