Investigation Discovery (ID) has greenlit a second season of LAS VEGAS LAW, offering exclusive access to Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson and his powerhouse team of prosecutors as they pursue justice in Las Vegas. Production is already underway on six episodes expected to premiere in 2017 only on ID. Picking up where the first season left off, season two of LAS VEGAS LAW will continue to document current criminal cases as they unfold, intimately capturing all angles of the trial process from both the prosecution and the defense teams. Shot in cinéma vérité and featuring surveillance footage, crime scene photography, and body and dash cam footage, the series immerses viewers in the high stakes, immensely dramatic environment that makes Vegas distinctive – and its crimes even more so.
“What sets apart LAS VEGAS LAW from other courtroom dramas on television is its unique, exclusive access to every leg of the legal journey, from the prosecutors’ initial assessment of the crime scene to the judges’ final sentencing,” said Kevin Bennett, general manager of Investigation Discovery. “Cameras are out in the field right now as summer heats up in Sin City, capturing real-life cases from the moment they hit D.A. Wolfson’s desk.”
