BREAKING MUSIC NEWS: Singer & Songwriter Gregory Abbott Speaks to his Fans
For the past year and up till now I’ve seen the growth of connecting with many friends old and new. I’ve enjoyed much humor and introspection along the way, as well as the loss of some very dear friends like Whitney Houston and Phoebe Snow. This of course is something we all deal with in our lives. It is my intention at gregoryabbott.com along with my music … to add a little something beyond the typical music site. Maybe a thought for the day, maybe an observation… As we get older, we think about a lot of different things, and all of these, make us who we are. I would certainly not be one without the other.
I’m quite happy with my new album on Spectra Records- “Drop Your Mask”. Thank you all so much for your positive feedback. Please continue to spread the word. I’m always happy to hear what your favorite song on the album is. (So far I’m hearing Sin Ti/Without You and Rhythm Rhyme:)

George Kennedy: From COOL HAND LUKE to THE NAKED GUN – An Acting Icon Speaks
Exclusive Interview by “Bad” Brad Berkwitt
“So many times people ask me: where did you get your acting training? ‘In life’ is what I always answer.”—George Kennedy
“George Kennedy is a great character actor, who is a master at both comedy and dramatic roles.”—Pat Cooper, Legendary Comedian
When one sees the name “George Kennedy” up on the silver screen, they know that they are in for an honest acting performance that will stand the test of the time. Such proof is his Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role as Dragline, in COOL HAND LUKE. Kennedy, is an “Actor’s Actor” as my late father, Alvin, used to say. In a movie and TV career that has spanned over 60 years, that has seen him rubbing acting elbows with some of the biggest stars Hollywood has ever produced and holding his own, is something that no doubt he should be very proud of.

Marie – Christine: A Fresh New Voice Takes Over the Music World
Exclusive Interview by “Bad” Brad Berkwitt
¨I have had the privilege & pleasure of writing, producing several songs for arguably one of the most iconic vocal talents of our generation, Miss Celine Dion.
Marie – Christine coincidentally hails from the same birthplace city, Montreal, Quebec. She is a world class soul singer of the highest pedigree which hopefully, in the near future, music listeners across the world will soon discover.”– Corey Hart
Recently, I interviewed Corey Hart for NewzBreaker, a very successful singer and songwriter in his own regard, who turned me onto one of the artists on his record label Siena, named “Marie – Christine.”
Hart, wrote songs for Christine and was also the Executive Producer of her CD “Walk In Beauty”. Right out of the speakers boomed “Girl in Shades,” the first song, with a catchy beat and a rework of some of the words from Hart’s smash 1980’s hit, “I Wear My Sunglasses at Night.”

Whitney Houston Remembered: A Hollywood INSIDER TELLS ALL
Hello NewzBreaker readers. I hope you all are doing well. As I sit here having my breakfast, looking out on the Biscayne Bay, I am deeply saddened by the recent death of one of the greatest singers of all-time, Whitney Houston. My deepest condolences go out to her family – especially her daughter who rightfully so, is having a very hard time dealing with the death of her mother. It broke my heart to see such a talented lady struggle with the evils of drugs and alcohol over the years which really hurt her career as it did my former client and best friend, Errol Flynn many years ago.

Now releasing in paperback, this is the never-before-told biography of this iconic and endearing singer, whose songs have been ingrained in the public consciousness and are still sung and loved around the world, and whose talent was revered by friends and contemporaries including Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Bing Crosby, Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson and Sir George Martin.
Marty Feldman: The Biography of a Comedy Legend – Book News
“The pen is mightier than the sword and considerably easier to write with.”
Mike Myers thinks he was ‘a genius’, while John Cleese regards him as ‘a true cultural icon’. A pioneer of comedy, he died aged only 48. His name was Marty Feldman, and here, at last, is the first ever biography (Titan Books, October 25, 2011 $25.99).
Paving the way for Monty Python, then becoming a major Hollywood star, Marty will be forever remembered as Igor in Mel Brook’s Young Frankenstein.
Acclaimed author Rob Ross draws from previously unpublished interviews with Marty, taped in preparation for an autobiography he never wrote, alongside new interviews with many of Marty’s friends, including Michael Palin and Terry Jones, and his closest surviving relatives. No one before or since has had a career quite like Marty’s, from the dying days of variety theatre, via the behind-the-scenes scriptwriting triumphs of Round the Horne and The Frost Report to onscreen stardom in At Last the 1948 Show and his own hit series Marty, which led to transatlantic success, his work with Mel Brooks, and a five-picture deal to write and direct his own movies.

SHOCKING NEWS: Singer Tony Bennett “Let’s Legalize Drugs Like They Did in Amsterdam”
Legendary crooner Tony Bennett did it again by making shocking remarks at a pre-Grammy party where he said, “’Let’s legalize drugs like they did in Amsterdam.” He asked everyone in the crowd to get the Government to legalize drugs so they can be prescribed by a doctor. This makes sense in theory, but realistically, some doctors are even worse than drug dealers with the prescribing of drugs to celeberties.
