Music News: Peter Cincotti Speaks to NewzBreaker – The Singer/Songwriter Tells All About the Business he Loves
Exclusive Interview by “Bad” Brad Berkwitt
“The piano players have always excited me.”–Peter Cincotti
Last year I was surfing Youtube looking for a great song that was from The Godfather named “COME LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH ME.” Up until that time, I had only heard the version the late Italian Crooner Al Martino had done.
Well, in my search, I found a version that a young Italian singer had done. His name was Peter Cincotti, and his rendition, simply put, was amazing. From there, I searched out more of his music and found that he also was one heck of a piano player too.
Youtube is chock full of great stuff that he has performed. I suggest that you watch his live version of “I LOVE PARIS.”
Peter sat down with NewzBreaker and discussed his musical career, thoughts on the industry and an interesting choice on which actor he would pick if he had to cast himself in a movie of his life…..

BOOK REVIEW – Pat Cooper How Dare You Say How Dare Me!
By “Bad” Brad Berkwitt
Cover Photo: Jeffrey Hornstein

As a young man, I was exposed to many things by my late father, Alvin Berkwitt, who was 40 years my senior. Comedy was certainly one of them. Comedy albums or TV shows with comedians was common place in our household and my first exposure to Pat Cooper. When Pat came on the screen or when we listened to him on our record player, Dad’s laughter turned to tears. He would always say, “Bradley that is talent. Either you have it, or you don’t.”

Corey HART Still Wearing his SUNGLASSES AT NIGHT – MTV Rocker Talks with NewzBreaker – Music News
Exclusive Interview by “Bad” Brad Berkwitt
“MTV has lost its innocence.” – Corey Hart
In 1984, I was still living down in North Miami Beach, Florida, and as many that were my age back then (16 to be exact), loved Friday Night Videos. I was part of that group. The show aired on NBC from July 29, 1983 through December 30, 2000.
I can remember sometime in 1984, this tune coming on that had the line “I wear my sunglasses at night.” It had a heavy beat, catchy lyrics, and in the video, a 22 year old Corey Hart singing the song, which he wrote. I was hooked along with many of my cronies… It was not that long after the video aired, that the song made it up the US charts to #7 with a bullet.
Ron Lyle: The Death of a Great Heavyweight – Another Muhammad Ali Foe Passes Away
The boxing world was dealt a blow today with the passing of the hard-punching heavyweight contender, Ron Lyle at the age of 70. Lyle had a record of 43-7-1, 31 KO’s, and was known for his amazing punch and courage in the ring.
Lyle may be remembered most for his up and down brawl with George Foreman in 1976, where both men hit the floor on numerous occasions. Lyle would come up short, but he would make quite the impression with boxing fans. He was a fighter, plain and simple.

From Jersey – to – the World Famous Jilly’s & Stages Around the World: Singer Frankie Randall Talks about his Career
Exclusive Interview by “Bad” Brad Berkwitt
Photos: Personal collection of Frankie Randall
“Frankie Randall is, without a doubt, one of the brightest men in the business!”—Julius La Rosa
“Frankie Randall is a consummate performer. He is an exquisite jazz pianist and a wonderful singer. I had the great pleasure to work with him on the Dean Martin Show and I’m very proud to call him a friend.”—Lainie Kazan
Singer Peter Gabriel had a hit song in the 1980’s titled BIKO which was about Steven Biko, a man who fought against apartheid in South Africa – ultimately costing him his life. In BIKO, there is a line Gabriel wrote that goes – “you can blow out a candle, but you can’t blow out a fire.” This is such a great metaphor and one that defines singer Frankie Randall. He worked for years because he had that “FIRE” in his soul that would take him from Passaic, New Jersey to stages around the world meeting an Icon he respected who was in the same business and was the legend himself, Frank Sinatra.
NewzBreaker Book Review: Uncle Al Capone – THE UNTOLD STORY
When one hears the name Al Capone, the old days of Chicago come to mind when he ruled the city with an iron first as Public Enemy #1. Years since his death in 1947, movies have been made portraying his life on the big screen as well as the small screen where he has been a character on shows such as The Untouchables and most recently, HBO’s Boardwalk Empire.
However, if you are fascinated by people as I am, you wonder what about the man named Al Capone behind the myth? Well, when NewzBreaker’s Managing Editor Geno McGahee was contacted about doing a book review for Uncle Al Capone written by his grandniece, Deirdre Marie Capone he knew that was a genre that I have always been interested in and had it sent to me read/review.
