While I would personally rather have a root canal, some may find this exciting.
You may not have thought (or hoped) it was possible, but Hannah Montana is officially coming back to Disney Channel on December 3, 2016. Though the channel has not announced an official reboot, the show will be returning in the form of a marathon.
Hannah Overton is a mother, a woman of God, a former nurse and, in Texas’s prison system, known as Overton 1478117. In October 2006, a four-year-old from Corpus Christi named Andrew Burd died mysteriously of salt poisoning. Overton, his foster mother, was charged with capital murder, vilified from all quarters, and sent to prison for life. Was this churchgoing young woman really a vicious child killer, or had the tragedy claimed its second victim? The two-hour documentary UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT chronicles the gross miscarriage of justice that sent Hannah Overton to jail with a life sentence and the fight to win her freedom. Making its exclusive television premiere on Thursday, December 1 from 9-11pm ET as part of Investigation Discovery’s (ID) ID FILMS documentary strand, UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT is told entirely through first-person interviews with Overton, her family and closest confidants, and experts and key figures involved in the high-profile appeal, including Texas attorneys Cynthia Orr, Gerry Goldstein and John Raley.
The Jesus And Mary Chain never released a single bad song during all their years of existence, but it’s been a long time since we’ve heard a new one from them. The band broke up in 1999. And though they reunited in 2007 and they’ve been playing shows on-and-off since then, they haven’t released any new music since 1998’s Munki. But today, we get the awesome news that a new album could be coming out early next year.

Josh Harris, Jake’s brother said that the couple who attacked his brother were known for doing such things. Apparently, they have beaten up folks before and subsequently robbed them.
A person doesn’t have to be a serial killer enthusiast to know the name, Jack the Ripper. Though the heinous murders associated with this killer took place 128 years ago, the name has been far from forgotten.
Perhaps it’s the era in which these murders happened. When you think of the 1880’s gentlemen of sophistication come to mind, not human butchers. But that’s exactly what ‘Jack’ was.
The anatomy of the murders is particularly brutal. The victims, all women and mostly prostitutes had their throats slit before abdominal mutilation. The removal of internal organs from at least three of the victims led to proposals that their killer had some anatomical or surgical knowledge. Or perhaps just very familiar with the female body.
Sad news to report today. Gwen Ifill, one of the classiest and professional ladies to ever deliver the news, has died of cancer at the age of 61.
PBS confirmed it just a little while ago with the following statement:
“I am very sad to tell you that our dear friend and beloved colleague Gwen Ifill passed away today in hospice care in Washington,” WETA president and CEO Sharon Percy Rockefeller wrote in an email to staff at the public TV station Monday. “I spent an hour with her this morning and she was resting comfortably, surrounded by loving family and friends… Earlier today, I conveyed to Gwen the devoted love and affection of all of us at WETA/NewsHour. Let us hold Gwen and her family even closer now in our hearts and prayers.”

On November 8, 2016, I woke up feeling jazzed and I had tons of pep in my step. I bounced around my bathroom listening to the election coverage from the television in my bedroom. The anchors were cheery as well. I had CNN on, although I had made it a habit to switch between Fox News and CNN over the past few weeks. I did this to get both sides of the election. If you watch CNN you’re getting a more liberal and in my opinion accurate yet a bit biased reporting. Fox is always biased, they usually had different polling numbers then other stations and the anchors were pretty much pro Trump with the exception of Megyn Kelley who I actually grew to admire, especially after she went head to head with Newt Gingrich. I found his verbal assault on her appalling. To hear him say she was fascinated with sex gave me the heebie-jeebies. He appeared to be fascinated with her until she tried to discuss our now President (Elect) Trump’s leaked Access Hollywood tape.
Robert Vaughn an extremely talented actor who starred in the 1960’s hit show “The Man From Uncle” has died today at the age of 83. His manager Matthew Sullivan told FOX411 he died surrounded by his family after battling acute leukemia. “Mr. Vaughn passed away at 7:30 this morning,” Sullivan said, calling Vaughn “a great human being and a great actor.”
My personal favorite movie he played in was the original Magnificent Seven.

Well, last night was election night, and I went to a speculation party. While the rest of the country was arguing over which of the candidates they dislike less, I was driving up the local interstate with some great sounds coming out of my car stereo. If my hands weren’t clutching the steering wheel, I’d be taking my hat to the Chris Thomas Band of Jacksonville, Florida for the release of their debut recording, “Only The Beginning.” I was only two songs in, and I was quite captivated by the sound of this unique southeastern United States ensemble.
