Philippians 4:8 says Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any praise and virtue keep your mind on these things. God tells us how to focus and how to think because he knew how fragile your mental state would be if we did not.
