6 slices bacon (or 30, it’s your call)
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 2 oz (60 g) sharp cheddar cheese (white or yellow)
• 1 oz (30 g) fresh Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
